How to add oranges & grapefruits into your diet:

🍊 When eaten fresh, these fruits make the perfect snack.
🍊 They can also be mixed with other fruits and nuts to for a fruit salad.
🍊 They can be sectioned or chopped and added as a topping for a leafy green salad.
🍊 However, to gain the soluble fiber benefit, you need to actually eat the fruit and not just drink the juice.
